Our policy is we charge a $125 rental fee plus a $1,000 deposit to your credit card. We do offer a loaner program where we will send one of our own headsets to you to use while we repair yours. Note: We are not authorized to ship service parts for the A20. All costs are in Canadian dollars, with applicable taxes extra. If your headset is under warranty, repairs include parts, labour and return ground shipping. When that happens and you have a Bose Aviation Headset, Brant Aero, as the only Bose-approved repair centre in Canada, can repair it on site in Brantford.
